These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rajecalendar.in (the "Site"), operated by RajeCalendar ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides state-wise government holiday calendar information for India, including gazetted and restricted holiday lists, month-wise calendar views, and downloadable PDF summaries, compiled for general informational and reference purposes.

3. Accuracy of Information
Holiday dates and related content are compiled from publicly available government notifications, gazette circulars, and other public sources. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Holiday dates — particularly those tied to lunar or moon-sighting calendars — may be revised by the relevant government authority after publication.
You are responsible for independently verifying any date with the relevant government department or official gazette before relying on it for attendance, leave planning, business operations, or any other purpose where accuracy is critical.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading content from the Site using automated means, except for standard search-engine indexing;

The underlying factual information (holiday dates) is sourced from public government notifications and is not owned by us. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or attribution notices.
